2. An Offer Letter of Admission will be emailed alongside the full Music & Film Academy Institutional Policy, Terms of Enrollment, and Professional Standards.

3. Capturing the creativity at the Academy is a big part of what we do! By joining us, you give the Academy permission to take photos and videos of your sessions for student portfolios, social media, and school promotions. As a bonus, you may request select copies of photos to keep as a personal record of your creative journey. For students aged 17 and under, separate parent/legal guardian consent is required before anything is posted online.
   
   
4. You certify that have the capacity to sign for the person identified as the applicant of this form. For persons below 18 payment by the guardian/ parent/ sponsor shall count as approval of this application and all institutional rules..

5. These school rules automatically take effect the moment you make your first tuition payment.
   
   If you paid before filling out this form, clicking "Submit" automatically binds that payment to all Academy policies and enrollment terms (which will be sent automatically to your provided email upon submission).
